Building on the success of the 2018 initiatives which included the first Annual Direct Sales Meeting and the Ethics and Compliance Seminar amongst other things, in 2019, the DSA of Brazil will continue to focus its work on various events with opportunities to exchange ideas during various industry networking events.
The second Annual Meeting will be held in May and will bring together senior executives, government officials and other attendees from other parts of the world. It will be a great opportunity to meet friends, discuss challenges and network with friends.
The DSA of Brazil is currently working on the creation of e-learning and face-to-face training courses to disseminate knowledge on relevant topics in direct selling. It also has intensified social media presence and has launched a YouTube Channel which will also feature videos with tips and stories from those who make direct selling an inspiring industry.
Furthermore, the DSA created the Committee of Institutional Affairs and Benefits for the sales force and independent entrepreneurs. The Benefits Club is an opportunity for independent entrepreneurs to have access to advantages and benefits. The DSA hired a new Code Administrator – Derraik and Menezes Associados.
“The year of 2018 was full of challenges and learnings. I believe that as an association we will be more present and representative and there is still a long way to go. In 2019, may we have even more good stories to share, showing the strength of the direct selling sector and how it transforms the lives of millions of people throughout Brazil!” says Adriana Colloca, Executive President.
